Payment Method
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards and PayPal. When checking out, please choose the most suitable payment method for you.
If the payment fails, will the funds be returned?
If the payment fails, the money will usually not be deducted from your account and the order will be automatically cancelled within half an hour. If the money has been deducted but the payment fails, the system will usually automatically refund it to your payment account within 3-7 working days. If the money is not refunded in time, please contact the customer service of the payment method you used.
Why my coupons are not working?
Discount coupon only apply to certain products, excluding pre-orders and discounted items. To ensure you get the most out of your coupon, please verify the applicable range and time period. Furthermore, you could contact customer service at innoreltech@outlook.com for details.
Tax and Duty
How much tax do I have to pay?
Please kindly note that import taxes are charged according to the local customs policy in your country yet our price doesn't include import taxes.
What should I do if I was charged customs duty?
Due to international shipping regulations and customs policies, it is possible that your order may incur import taxes or duties upon arrival in your country. These fees are imposed by the customs authorities of your country and are not within our control. It is recommended to pay the import taxes or duties to get your order smoothly. Where do you ship from?
We have warehouses in the USA, Germany, Australia, and China.
① Orders from Europe, the USA, and Australia: We will prioritize shipping from overseas warehouses. If a product is not available in the overseas warehouse, the order will be shipped from China. In this case, we will contact you before shipping, please carefully check your email. If you do not reply to the email within 2 days, we will ship directly from our warehouse in China.
② Orders from other countries: shipped from our warehouse in China.

Could I specify the delivery time?
Sorry, we are unable to specify a delivery time. There are too many factors that affect delivery time. If you need it, you can try to communicate with the courier company.
The delivery showed as delivered but I didn't receive the package.
