What This Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty components, material flaws).
- Functional failures under intended use.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., rubber grips, cosmetic scratches).
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Use outside the product’s specified capacity (e.g., exceeding weight limits).
- Purchases from unauthorized sellers or second-hand transfers.
Warranty Claim Process
To request warranty service:
1, Contact our Customer Service at innoreltech@outlook.com with proof of purchase (Order ID) and a description of the defect.
2, If eligible, we will provide the return information.
3, Ship the defective product to the designated address.
4, We will evaluate the claim. Then we will repair/replace your product or refund to you.
Limitations
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- The warranty is void if the product is disassembled or tampered with.
- We are not liable for incidental/consequential damages (e.g., camera damage).
- Replacement products may be refurbished or of comparable functionality.
